On his travels from Chile to Alaska, Kadir van Lohuizen has now reached Canada.


It's the 15th of the 15 countries he'll visit on his trip - investigating contemporary migration in the Americas - before arriving in Alaska next month.

All along the road, Kadir shared his experiences in public talks and presentations.

Thursday the 16th of February he'll present Via PanAm at W2 Media Cafe in Vancouver, starting 7 PM. For more information visit www.creativetechnology.org. The presentation is organized in collaboration with the Consulate General of The Netherlands.

Previous talks, workshops and presentations took place at the San Francisco Art Institute, in Mexico City hosted by the Gimnasio de Arte y Cultura, at the National Institute for Social Reconciliation in Guatemala city, in San Salvador at the University of El Salvador organized by El Centro de la Fotografia, in Managua at Instituto de Historia de Nicaragua y Centroamérica, in San Jose, Costa Rica, at Museo de Arte Costarricense, at Taller 5 in Bogota and in Lima co-organised with FOLi.
