Content means: all photographs, video, images and any other multi-media content, including related text, captions, or information. After you have clicked a link to our archive host, you enter the party where you are able to request to buy Content.
Noor photographers produce in-depth visual reports on social, political, environmental and cultural issues, each with a highly personal visual style. Besides catering to the (inter-)national editorial market by contributing to (inter-)national publications, Noor photographers welcome assignments and collaborations with non-governmental organisations and sponsors to undertake documentary projects relating to global concerns to involve audiences and widen world-views.
At the same time that Noor photographers and the managing director established Noor Images B.V., they established Noor Foundation. Noor Foundation is a foundation established under the laws of The Netherlands to provide the impetus to spread the Noor Foundation philosophy and to attract and find funds to finance and to undertake documentary projects. Noor Foundation is registered in the trade registry of the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam, The Netherlands under number 342.80.974.
Noor Images B.V. is a limited liability company, established under the laws of The Netherlands and registered in the trade registry of the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam, The Netherlands under number 342.695.88.

This website is owned and operated by Noor. All Content (photographs, video, images and any other multi-media content, including the texts, captions, or information) is owned by our Photographer and/or Photographers and/or by us and is protected by international intellectual property rights. Except as explicitly permitted under the applicable Noor Content Buying License (if any), no part or element of this website or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means, and all related rights remain the exclusive property of Noor.
For the protection of Noor and its image sources, Content may be visible, invisible or electronically watermarked. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Content, caption information, or any other material, on this website.
Additionally, unless authorised by Noor in writing, you may not:

Noor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove Content from the website for any reason.
To buy the right to use Content, you must enter Noor's picture archive, which is currently hosted by Picturemaxx at noor-gate.picturemaxx.com. Click the “buy pictures" button on the splash page of our website for information and register for a Noor account with Picturemaxx. Noor reserves sole discretion over whether to grant you an account.
The order process through our digital archive consists of the following steps:
1. Noor's picture archive is hosted by PictureMaxx. Once you are logged into and inside Noor's picture archive to buy images, you will be required to request the images you wish to buy, sharing applicable usage details.
2. You will be asked to fill out an image request form, in which you are required to enter motivational message for your request. After sending this you will receive a notification that your e-mail has been sent. An automatic e-mail is sent to Noor which will state the number of your Image Request which serves to identify your order.
3. After Noor has received your request, Noor will acknowledge the receipt of your order without undue delay by e-mail. In this e-mail, in case required, Noor will ask you to answer questions relating to your use of the image.
4. Based on your answers, Noor will e-mail you (a) the agreed price and (b) the scope of the license to be granted by Noor for your use of the image and (c) the Noor Content Buying Licence.
5. Noor will send you the link or an e-mail with a ZIP file where you may download the image(-s) from Noor's picture archive after Noor has received either your confirmation by email and/or a signed and scanned version of the Noor Content Buying Licence.
Noor may immediately terminate the granted right for the usage of the material without notification, in case you fail to comply with any provision of the Noor Content Buying Licence applicable to your use.
For convenience, our website may link to other sites that may be of interest to you but are not under Noor's control. These links do not imply endorsement by Noor and Noor is not responsible for the availability of or the content contained in any linked site.
Noor provides you with the website and Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
